In teams the participants solve the challenge to implement change decided by people from head office. The task is in 120 days to implement in a successful daughter division. There are 24 top managers who have to be convinced with 25 tactics at disposal.
When the team decide well what to do the organization will embrace the change. If in opposite the team acts in a non-constructive way the organization might reject the change. Professors from IMD and INSEAD develop the simulation and the simulation is also used in management programs at those institutions.
