For nearly fifteen years we have provided consulting and training solutions for leading international brands and large public organizations. Based in Billund, Denmark, our company's inception in 2010 was driven to help businesses bring more learning into their organizations through playful, interactive, and simulative training programs. Today, we have transformed into an organization that blends consulting services with learning programs and personal development holding playfulness and interactivity at the core of our being to create meaningful and effective transformations for our customers.

Aron Rask Schmahl Owner & Senior Consultant

Aron is an experienced consultant and facilitator with an educational background in engineering, and business management. His multi-sided perspective and global understanding are a result of his extensive experience with multinational organizations and his attendance at Kyoto Bunkyo University, Japan, in the World Class Manufacturing Program. For over a decade Aron has offered expert consulting and training in general management, business excellence, supply chain management, and product development across a wide range of industries within the private and public markets. Prior to creating Business Learning Aron was employed as the Lean Director at The LEGO Group and the Business Excellence Manager at Siemens Wind Power. Aron cannot refuse a complex challenge and is driven to create unique solutions with meaningful, impactful, and sustainable results for his customers.

Helle’s educational background in engineering and logistics from Aalborg University and MBA studies from Henley MBA elevates her natural inclination for process and procedural optimization and efficiency as well as her strong business understanding. Helle is a pragmatic and analytic individual and is well known for her careful attention to improving business results, quality, and strong ability to motivate a team toward a common goal. Prior to Business Learning, Helle held a 25-year career at The Lego Group, SA ViewCom, and Modulex A/S in project management and senior leadership positions. Helle often acts as the extra motor to drive projects and change initiatives quickly and safely forward, and values creating in-depth relationships and developing long-term solutions for her customers.

Sofie has previously worked at Sealing System as a business developer and is an active member of Billund’s municipal council where she is a member of the finance committee. At Business Learning Sofie leads the digital solutions and is responsible for helping organizations increase efficiency, drive sound decision-making, and optimize performance by aligning their data with the business strategy. Sofie is highly perceptive and observant and is driven by complex and unique challenges where she can create harmony between the business and technology.
