What we stand for
We believe in experimental learning – that is why business simulations and exercises are fundamental to us at Business Learning. By using experimental learning we know that the content is understood and rooted.
We want to bring participants out of their comfort zone and into the learning zone. When we as people are out of our comfort zone we can see the organization or the company we work for in a new perspective.
Most of the people we meet want to go into the learning zone and thereby grow their comfort zone. Some of our simulations are so hard that participants are forced into the panic zone. In the panic zone there are only three options left: freeze, fight or flight. It is not the situations where we are able to learn. This is done with reflection afterwards. On the other hand, we really remember the situations where we are in the panic zone. Connected with learning and reflections it works well!
