Three days in Luxembourg with personal leadership, development and strategy for the international leadership team of the leading Swiss investment bank Julius Bär. One of the topics on the agenda was holding on to own energy an maximise the impact in the organization. Before the team off-site the participants gathered feedback from the organisation to share and discuss in small teams. A gift which gave a boost and renewed energy for all to work even further with own strength and development areas.
The agenda also comprised cooporation in the team and with other functions through an inspiring simulation. The parallels to the challenges at Julius Bär were discussed in order to be even more effective in the interfaces to other functions. The exercise ended in formulating actions being even better working with the closest partners in the organization and to maximise the outcome. A good insight was to remember it is a win/win sharing the information more efficient.
Finally we worked with the creation of a winning strategy and find new ways to develop a very successful business. The participants competed about a trophy and mapped business models in order to share ideas how to improve the existing business model.
